Reports have repeatedly stressed the importance of applying a broad spectrum SPF 30 or higher on all exposed skin. People often think the use of sunscreen is limited to the face and neck. However, you should apply it to your hands, feet, and lips.
- Avoid excessive make-up: It is always a bad idea if you sweat through your makeup. Thus, heavy makeup is definitely a no-no. Caking up the faces can interfere with face breathing, adding to humidity. These may cause clogging of pores.
